1.Purchase order cannot be cancelled after booking a vehicle online.

2. After you place a purchase order for a vehicle, you will be required to place five new purchase orders.

3. You will have to place five new purchase orders of the same price as the e-bike you purchased.

4. It is mandatory to pick up the vehicle within 90 days from the date of purchase order. You will not receive the vehicle after 90 days.

5. If you don't place five new purchase orders, you won't get the e-bike.

6. After you place a purchase order for a e-bike, if five purchase orders come under you through our system, you may also receive a e-bike from us.

7. The showroom owner or company from which you will get the e-bike will provide the service within the given time.

8. Since you have ordered your purchase online,AUSVEBIKE.COM will have no involvement in the servicing of your e-bike.

9. Any other expenses incurred other than the warranty on the e-bike parts provided to you by the showroom owner will have to be borne by the person buying the e-bike himself.

10. You will be required to purchase the e-bike that is available in the showrooms affiliated with ausvebike.com across India.

11. You will have to purchase a e-bike of the specification for which you have ordered the e-bike.

12. I agree to all the above terms and conditions and am placing a purchase order for my e-bike on ausvebike.com. Thank you.
